I stopped to help a mom broke down with all her kids still in the car, she wasnβt far from their shop, so I called them to ask if a tech could come to her since her vehicle wouldnβt start. They absolutely sent a tech over with a code reader and jumpers to see if they could help and were phenomenal and courteous and didnβt try to sugar coat or upscale what was going on with her vehicle. Thanks Paul, Good year is Good people. :)

I got some aftermarket TPMS sensors for my car that were supposed to be ready to go and pre-programed. They weren't. I stopped by at lunch today and talked to CRTCo about it and they got out their scanner/programmer and took care of the issue immediately. I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes!

PLEASE BEWARE....Took vehicle in for simply tire pressure sensor(s) replacement. Upon completion they returned the vehicle with missing lug nut cover, several damaged lug nuts and several scratches on wheels from wheel removal and reinstallation. If you care about the way your vehicle is treated, I would not recommend this Goodyear location. They didn't feel the need to tell me or explain anything to me and thought they would just give it back without me noticing.

I went to Collins Road Tire Company when I needed a new tire for my car. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, and they showed me a tire that fit my car perfectly. They installed it in no time, and I was amazed by how affordable their service was. They were half the price of Tires Plus across the road, and they had better customer service too. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a reliable and cheap tire service.

Great customer service. They were timely and efficient. They brought out the air filters to show me they needed replacing. I suspected as much so I knew they were being honest. They reassured me that my tires did NOT need replacing as another local place strongly advised. I will definitely recommend this business. I left feeling confident and will definitely be a repeat customer!
